Who we are?

Global Employee is a partnership of individual, independent and international relocation/immigration companies with a focus on assisting employees and companies worldwide with topics such as finding accommodation, schooling, applying for residence and work permits, administrative formalities, etc.

Global Employee was launched in 2019 by Markus Demuth, founder and owner of
BLUE global relocation. Since the start of the program, exchanges have been organised with the
participation of service providers from Germany, Hungary, India, Japan, USA, UK and Spain.

Global Employee was launched in 2019 by Markus Demuth, founder and owner of
BLUE global relocation. Since the start of the program, exchanges have been organised with the participation of service providers from Germany, Hungary, India, Japan, USA, UK and Spain.

Why we do this?

We take care of people in extraordinary situations who could not be more different as far as their origin, religious affiliation, education and many other aspects go - and this cannot work without empathy, sensibility and experience.

We want to give colleagues and
fantastic talents in the relocation industry the opportunity to expand their own horizons and gain professional as well as

personal experience.

In order to strengthen the cooperation between the service providers, it naturally makes sense to have an exchange between service providers who also work together. The "global employee" should gain insight into the operative business of the partner service provider, understand processes, support the partner as far as possible in the daily business, exchange ideas and bring the experiences back to his/her own team.

In this way, all parties involved benefit: The employer, the employee and also the guest service provider.

Who can participate?

Service Providers can apply for the program in order to participate the acceptance is, however, regionally limited. The service provider must be a member of the European Relocation Association (EuRA) or hold other comparable memberships in the field of global mobility.
There is a small fee which is used for the maintenance of the website.

How it works?

The "Global Employee" platform is used for quality assurance and external
communication of the participating service providers.
"Global Employee"
is not involved in the organisation.

The initiation and contact is done
by the service provider
who wants to send an employee.

The host service provider takes care of any immigration requirements if necessary, temporary housing, airport pick up and drop off.

The duration of an exchange visit should be two weeks. Details are discussed between the host service provider and the employer of the
"global employee".

Joint social events and sightseeing are of course highly welcome.
There should also be something to experience away from the daily office routine.
